After an 8 hour flight, we have a 5 hour layover in Guam before continuing onto Yap. Not long enough to leave the airport, but long enough to get incredibly bored. I spend some of the time documenting Guam (as represented by its airport.)

For your five hour layover did you have to claim your luggage? I have a 8 hour layover in Guam coming soon and I wanted to visit family and claim my luggage to give them presents. Thank you!
We did not, but we also didn’t go through immigration. (I’m not sure how this applies, as Guam is a U.S. territory.) If Immigration is not an issue, then you could have your airline check your bags only to Guam, and then re-check them in after taking out the gifts.
I love the pictures of the airport; something so ordinary everyday you made it extraordinary! Great capture. Miss you immensely. Have fun!
These pictures are great
