layover in guam

After an 8 hour flight, we have a 5 hour layover in Guam before continuing onto Yap.  Not long enough to leave the airport, but long enough to get incredibly bored.  I spend some of the time documenting Guam (as represented by its airport.)

  1. I love the pictures of the airport; something so ordinary everyday you made it extraordinary! Great capture. Miss you immensely. Have fun!

  2. For your five hour layover did you have to claim your luggage? I have a 8 hour layover in Guam coming soon and I wanted to visit family and claim my luggage to give them presents. Thank you!

    • We did not, but we also didn’t go through immigration. (I’m not sure how this applies, as Guam is a U.S. territory.) If Immigration is not an issue, then you could have your airline check your bags only to Guam, and then re-check them in after taking out the gifts.

What do you think?
