I can issue up to 25 points towards your certificate. If you've already
written to me to schedule an identity assertion, please bring the following
items with you to our meeting:
- Two forms of ID with the following properties:
- One must be the ID you used to establish your Thawte identity;
- At least one must be a picture ID; and
- At least one must be government-issued.
- Two photocopies of both IDs, front and back.

I will not notarize drop-ins.
Note on Social Security numbers
I will not accept Social Security cards (or any
ID containing a social security number as an identifier).

I work in Sausalito for glassdoor.com. We're located at 3 Harbor Drive, Suite 101. During the daytime I can notarize you there.
My home is at 89 Crescent Avenue in Sausalito. In the evenings, my husband and I can both notarize you for a total of 60 points. Obviously, this is preferable for you.
